Niagara Inn & Suites, Niagara Falls

The hotel is in a convenient location near various restaurants and services. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, but there were some issues with pests which made the beds unpleasant. Despite that, the hotel is a good value for those driving to the falls rather than staying directly in the tourist area.

The hotel rooms were small with limited seating options besides the bed, and there was a persistent cigarette smell even in our non-smoking room. However, the staff provided exceptional service going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was a bit out of the way but conveniently close to various restaurants. The dining experience was mediocre with limited fresh food options. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
